Refund policy

Since every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size selected, or colour preference. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Final sizes may vary by up to 0.5 inches.

Damaged, wrong, or misprinted items
Email support@gadbad.shop within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and photos of the packaging showing the shipping label. We will replace it free. If we cannot replace it, we will refund you fully.

If your order has not arrived
Write to support@gadbad.shop if it has been more than 14 business days since you ordered. We will trace it and either replace it or refund you.

Cancellations
Email support@gadbad.shop within 2 hours of ordering and we will cancel it. After that production has usually started.
