Refund policy

Since every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size selected, or colour preference. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

Final sizes may vary by up to 0.5 inches.

We only offer a replacement for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. To request one, email us at togadbad@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the label and packaging. Replacement is at our discretion after review.

Order cancellations: Not available once an order is placed, as production begins immediately after payment confirmation.
