Orders: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons like pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. Prices at the time of checkout are final for that order.

Product accuracy: We try to represent our products accurately, but slight variations in colour or print may occur due to screen display or the printing process.

Intellectual property: The Gadbad name, logo, and original brand content are the property of Gadbad and may not be copied or reused without permission. Some designs may incorporate third-party design elements or quotations used under applicable licenses or fair use; all rights to such third-party content remain with their respective owners.

Limitation of liability: Gadbad is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or our products, to the extent permitted by law.
